1. Licensee Acknowledgment and Operator Details
This document outlines the mandatory conditions for accessing and utilizing the OneCRM platform. The Service Operator reserves the unilateral right to update or modify any aspect of the service information or these terms without requiring direct prior notice to the licensees. Such modifications are deemed notified and binding immediately upon their publication within this digital space.

2. Agreement to Software Access Policy
These Terms of Use govern how the Authorized User (or "Licensee") interacts with the software features, data, and proprietary systems accessible via the CRM portal. By logging into or utilizing the CRM, the User explicitly accepts these binding conditions and agrees to be subject to them.
The responsibility for appropriate and secure use of the CRM falls entirely upon the User. It is the User’s ongoing obligation to periodically review and comply with the current version of these Terms.
3. Conditions of Restricted Access
The OneCRM platform is not available to the general public. It is a restricted application offered exclusively to employees and authorized agents of the primary client entity, pursuant to a separate service agreement.
Age Requirement: Access is permitted only to authorized individuals who possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
Unauthorized Access: If a User attempts to access the system without being explicitly authorized, their primary employer/licensee will be held responsible for all actions taken in contravention of these Terms and the standing service agreement.
4. Software Intellectual Property and Usage Rights
The proprietary content and underlying architecture of the CRM—which includes code, data structures, interface design, and internal documentation—are strictly protected by international and local intellectual property laws.
The User is granted a revocable, non-transferable license to utilize the software for internal business purposes only. This license does not grant permission to download, reproduce, copy, reverse engineer, or publicly transmit any element of the software's architecture without the express written consent of Secure Asset Management Pty Ltd.
5. Prohibited Conduct within the System
The use of OneCRM for any activity deemed illegal, unethical, or detrimental to the system's integrity is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:
Attempting unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or proprietary data.
Introducing malicious code, viruses, or any payload intended to damage or disrupt the system.
Manipulating the system to extract or compile client data outside of authorized operational requirements.
6. External Links and Third-Party Data Integrations
The CRM Portal may include technical links to third-party platforms (e.g., payment gateways, external analytics tools). The privacy policies and terms of those third-party sites may differ from our own. The Service Operator does not control these external sites, their services, or their content, and holds no responsibility for their operational policies.
7. Data Security Commitment
The CRM is committed to adhering to all relevant data security and privacy laws. We utilize industry-standard protective measures, including data encryption (SSL/TLS protocols) and robust firewalls, to safeguard the confidentiality and integrity of all internal and client data processed within the CRM.
8. Amendments to the Terms of Use
The Service Operator reserves the right to amend or update these Terms of Use at any time. These modifications become immediately binding upon publication. The User is responsible for checking onecrm.easyvehiclestorage.com.au regularly to review the current and effective legal policies.
